Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about a mobile collection appointment.

What types of DNA tests do you offer?

Legal paternity, maternity, immigration (USCIS), avuncular, grandparentage, and siblingship tests. We also support postmortem and FTA card collections in coordination with funeral homes and medical examiners.

Where do appointments take place?

Anywhere convenient — your home, office, attorney's conference room, hospital, or care facility throughout Massachusetts.

How does the collection process work?

Book online or by phone, receive an email confirmation, then meet our collector at your chosen location. Bring valid government-issued ID. We'll verify identification, complete chain-of-custody paperwork, collect a cheek swab, and ship specimens to our partner lab.

How long until I get results?

Typically 2–5 business days from when the lab receives the specimens. Rush options may be available — ask us when scheduling.

Are results court-admissible?

Yes — every legal DNA collection follows strict chain-of-custody procedures and is processed by an AABB-accredited lab, making the results admissible in court.

What if the test involves a minor?

A legal guardian must consent and be present at the appointment. The guardian should bring their own ID along with the child's birth certificate or other identifying document.

Is my information kept private?

Always. We follow strict confidentiality protocols, and results are released only to authorized parties via your preferred secure channel.

What's your rescheduling and refund policy?

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Because lab kits and travel are reserved in advance, refunds are limited — please contact us promptly if your plans change.

Do you serve all of Massachusetts?

Yes. We're based in North Andover and travel throughout the state. A small distance fee may apply for locations outside our standard radius.
